Training Courses

We offer the following training courses –

• RPII Routine Level 1 and Operational Level 2, courses and subsequent examination. Gives a good grounding in play and then studies the relevant standards involved.
• Basic Routine Inspection and Maintenance Course, highly visual and involving practical examples and site visit. Ideal for personnel carrying out routine inspections and some basic maintenance. Certificate of attendance is issued. This can be either a half day or full day course depending on candidates needs.
• Introduction to Risk Assessment for play area providers. Enables risk assessment to be undertaken and documented by operators of play areas. Attendance certificate provided.
• Skate Area Inspection and Maintenance Course, for routine inspection of skate or BMX park. Also involves basic familiarisation with PAS35 Wheeled Sports standards, which can help with purchasing and future redesigning of areas. Attendance certificate provided.

All the above courses can be provided at your premises, ideally for numbers in the range of 6 to 12, but courses can be tailored to the organisations needs.

The provision of appropriate training is a requirement of the Health and Safety at Work Act, and with the backing of the RPII you can be assured of relevant and quality courses.
